Icefall Lodge Hut-to-Hut Hiking Trip

This off-the-beaten-path Canadian Rockies adventure combines hut-to-hut hiking, remote wilderness and a healthy dose of alpine wow factor. After a helicopter ride into the Blue Water Valley near Golden, British Columbia, hikers spend four nights moving between rustic mountain cabins, including Rostrum Cabin, Icefall Lodge and Kirwan Cabin. Along the way, expect glacier views, alpine meadows, waterfalls, rugged trails, glacial lakes and plenty of opportunities to soak up the feeling of being far, far away from the crowds. It’s a true backcountry experience, but you don’t need previous hut-to-hut or backcountry experience, just a good level of fitness and a willingness to carry your pack (with a few essentials) and embrace the adventure.
